Dean, funny you say that. I just found some interesting language in the Massachusetts General Laws. As in, NO TERRITORY WAS DEFINED ON LAND! Water, yes. Citizen, yes. Land boundaries for Massachusetsts???? Nope!
Canada = territories and waterways, provinces=comercial zones....Real country = all waterways and 12 mile limit and the territories.... is my comprehension.
