Just occurred to me- all this talk of "print NEW ORIGINAL at the top of the document in red-ink". . . .is there an angle that Brenda Larson could play, with sending away for a Certified-copy of her daughter's Long-Form-Statement-of-Live-Birth-RECORD, printing NEW ORIGINAL at the top of it in red-ink, taking it to a Notary, and then getting this NEW ORIGINAL Notarized...? :/
