Question; What is there left to do when the very people/institutions who are supposed to do their jobs following the rules......do not follow the rules? I ask the question NOT to receive an answer as each of us to their own but rather to have folks here start to look at the layers underneath to mentally introduce and prepare their responses as they see fit.
