what would i have to put as registered agent. its required.
And where do you recommend doing a LLC? Delaware?

Derek Hill went to service ontario to ask for LLC, they said they didnt exist in ontario....so i have to find another location.
Where did you register it. I did look around but couldnt find a registry form...
Scott Duncan Just register a corporation.
They ALL have Limited Liability.
