Still no thorough explanation...appeasing to the average person though, I am sure. The article is saying a lot without divulging anything but basic predictable scientific outcomes. The real purpose and effect is classified, and will undoubtedly remain so until the desired outcome is achieved.

i remember reading that the US was lagging way behind in this technology(ranked 4 or 5th iirc ), if that were true that should be enough impetus for many to at least open to the possibilities it may not be a deathray....or surely the yanks would have the biggest :p the logic is people who cant solve their own affairs can't solve world affairs, law is the correct place to start regardless of your end goal, it equips us concede to facts & the irrelevance of belief/hearsay.we're staying in wonderland otherwise.
