Yup, sounded pissed to me. While listening and mentally reviewing many other discussions text, video and/or audio I still come full circle to the beginning. If the document is NOT yours then how is it possible to be a party to it.? If the document IS yours then you are a party to it having many choices as what to do with it. Question: $30.00 charge for a document that is supposed to be given when asked? (Well it is being used against you) Or am I thinking wrong some where?

I would think that tearing it up could be construed as a Damaged document but still in effect. Like accidentally tearing a ten dollar note. A little tape and it is good to go. Now..... a big red void on it makes the INTENT, INTENT....... INTENT, clear and concise.

The original as well as the current I think would need to be voided as the current is derived from the original. Video of Voiding would be beat as then it can be proven that you did indeed Void it.

Or they can create a new original as it is probably on a digital file somewhere to replace ripped up one. Back to square one. VOID seems simplest.

It means that this document you've teared up was a MISTAKE...and you've corrected the mistake by shredding the document.....

The clerk brought the whole file out and started digging out the original, she asked me if I wanted to see the original order or the one of force and effect? And I took a gamble and said that I wanted to see the one in force and effect. I also had sent back to the court house copies of the last order that was in force in effect but not before I made photocopies of the last couple of pages so that I would have a record of what I sent back. So now if they come out with a new last page I have proof that the order was tampered with.

Will I go again and ask for a copy? Or a certified true copy with my $30? But that seems like a waste of my fiat money if I do not know what the current order is. Is it 2011 (if it exists),or 2007?

The document is NOT yours, they just happened to put the PERSON'S name on it, and they THINK, by mistake, that YOU are this PERSON. So you have to void it, because there is a MISTAKE.

That is why you can't believe what they tell you. I just went into the courthouse today and tried again to get another certified copy of my family court order, other clerk tried to hand me the previously copied court order stamped true certified and I told her after looking at the last page that it is not the true certified copy. Any ways I told her if you don't want me to charge you too, then I would not hand it out. She took it back right away.

I can't wait to go back an see what they try to offer me. :P
