You leased it and then had them manage the building you did a credit check on the tenants, they seemed like good people and they agreed to uphold terms of lease agreement and be stewards of the property.. You come back and it is a CRACK house...

Is not eviction and compensation for damages a reasonable way to deal with people who do not honour there agreements?
Just cause I park in the airport extended stay parking lot... does not mean I have abandoned my car, it is the care of a trust established when I got my parking stub...
