This all leads to an excellent question: who EXACTLY then OWNS and/or has the right-of-use to, all the natural resources of/from/in/on Turtle Island...?

1763 proclamation of King George supersedes all treaties and contracts, from my comprehension... the treaties were addendum's to said proclamation.. The constitution recognizes it... So like us all, we have been bamboozled into signing our rights away by taking the status given to us when we sign up for and receive the benefits from either SIN or Status card.. Our resources are held in trust... and until we cross over back to original, we are but meat puppets and cannon fodder...

Since TRUST law is the highest form of law, it is a agreement between 2 parties... It is not that the people have been conquered but rather they agreed to terms of a contract ( treaty) to benefit from the TRUST 60/40.. And over time thru devious means, have cultivated our ignorance so we watch things like 24 and think it ok for Jack Bauer just to off people with callus disregard in order to protect us by ignoring everything our fore fathers died and fought for.. A systematic mutli-pronged approach facilitated by horrendous trauma, and then kicking them further while they are down for the count. No one was conquered in Canada the people agreed to terms and then... look what's that over there... Do you wanna see me pull a rabbit from my hat.. Whiskey eases the pain and kills you early so here.. Come to our schools and we will teach you to be civilized.... the ability to sue and be sued for what you naturally share amongst your selves.. Oh wait they are beaten now we have taken their children.... destroying the core of learning traditional ways, thru assimilation and degradation.... FUCK. So not conquered, more liked tricked into acquiescence ...

Interesting question. I was Born on this landmass. I do not care what word you might call that. I have a right to claim and hold land and resources as long as there is no current legitimate claim in place. If I stop using said section of land and resources with no intent to use them with in the near future then I have abandoned what I claimed prior. Now others may claim as they wish. It is all about claim and abandonment. That is the way I see it.

Chad Brodgesell no one abandoned anything they agreed to the use of ... thru treaty... bamboozled into thinking it has been abandoned... Just cause you go away for a day or two or on an extended vacation... or You leased it and then had them manage the building you did a credit check on the tenants, they seemed like good people and they agreed to uphold terms of lease agreement and be stewards of the property.. You come back and it is a CRACK house... everything of value has been pawned to facilitate the addiction Is not eviction and compensation for damages a reasonable way to deal with people who do not honour there agreements? Just cause I park in the airport extended stay parking lot... does not mean I have abandoned my car, it is the care of a trust established when I got my parking stub...

The point I am trying to make is if it was never yours in the first place and the abandonment is but perceived and perhaps mistaken, regardless of intent. DO YOU REALLY HAVE A RIGHT TO IT... who cares what you think the intent of the so called abandonment..

It was never mine until I claim it and no one counter claims with a legitimate claim then my claim stands. As long as I hold it and do not abandon it. Once I abandon it, it now no longer has a legitimate claim so others may now claim.
