and the notice negates understanding... I get all of that.
So by an affidavit, they can recognize you and exhibits attached ( like the birth certificate) to said affidavit... so they can see the actual entity in front of them ( if it goes that far) take the notice of mistake as the ace card and negate any understanding... a 2 pronged approach..
