It's all Accounting and Surety. These are just what lead to the current system. The goal is to remove MONEY from them. Swearing an affidavit, acknowledges THEIR "Authority", no matter how true the content may be. You are seeing what is TRUE, but you focus on the wrong things. First of all, what have I done is not worth of response. Second I am not starving and own my own home free and clear on 3 acres that I built. Third, I am already known being that I got over 10 years of charges dismissed in my activist career, which you don't know about that included escape and 3 resisting arrests. Derek Hill raises a compelling point. A court MUST accept an affidavit. It's the only way they can "see" a document. This douche is declaring a "status". I can say MY status is that of DUKE, and it WOULD BE TRUE... ...but so what? What is DUKE to you? It ONLY applies when you want to engage me in contract... in which case you had best know EVERYTHING that the TITLE and STATUS will demand. ...do you see what I am saying here?

Here is something i said in the past. But applicable to you. Why do you want to say your honor. It's because when you say it you accept their authority. Its the same ofr courts, they have no right to use DUKE nor recognize it because they are not allowed to acknowledge it until it interferes with their matters then they must acknowledge it.

Status and standing=joinder and surety if not presented in the appropriate fashion in certain circumstances... ie court.. so these pre-emptive strikes to ensure ones standing is up held by the applicable and proper status
