So Scott, when a state department (corporation) creates an account for EAMONN O BRIEN, it would be in the "Debtor's Ledger" for that corporation?
I think I understand now when you say it's all fraud.
Without a contract a corporation cannot create an account on their books, yet they do and then seek a contracting party afterwards for surety...
