From the wiki: "Formally, it is anything which when offered in payment extinguishes the debt." Formally here means in the past. So what does it mean now? Derek Moran posted a while ago that he sent an e-mail asking about the TENDER to the BANK OF CANADA. Have they got back to you on that one Derek?
