In my experience on these forums, often the admins are busy people. If we can share the burden by sharing what we have learned, it is easier to carry by us all. No disrespect is ever intended EVER. I learned to be respectful, everything I do is done with ALL DUE RESPECT. Community is nurtured by sharing what we know without our egos getting in the way. and often growth comes from disturbance...
