[356] ORDERS the defendant Ville de Saguenay, the members of the municipal council, its officers and employees, and the defendant Jean Tremblay to cease reciting a prayer in the municipal council chamber;
[357] ORDERS Ville de Saguenay to remove from each room where the municipal council gathers for public meetings all religious symbols, including the Sacred Heart statue and the crucifix;
[358] ORDERS the defendant Ville de Saguenay and the defendant Jean Tremblay solidarily to pay the plaintiff Alain Simoneau $15 000.00 in moral damages;
[359] ORDERS the defendant Ville de Saguenay and the defendant Jean Tremblay solidarily to pay the plaintiff Alain Simoneau $15 000.00 in punitive damages;
[360] THE WHOLE with interest at the legal rate plus the additional indemnity provided for in article 1619 of the Civil Code of Qu�bec from March 28, 2007, the date of the filing of the plaintiffs� complaint with the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, as well as full costs, including the costs of expert Daniel Baril, which the Tribunal sets at $3500.00.
