A LIEN makes a LEGAL CLAIM on an account. Nothing else. The Government can't CHALLENGE the lien because the government is not a PERSON.

So, a full title encompasses both LEGAL and EQUITABLE capacities. How does one make an EQUITABLE CLAIM?

A lien is an INTEREST in PROPERTY. Your CLAIM is the VALUE you have "sunk into it". Yes, you are property of whichever corporation your PERSON is registered with... :/ Cheers to that... meh...
