I physically went in to the registries to file a ppsa against the ALL CAPS name. I am going to landtitles for the others. In regards to liening a court file it has to be registered somewhere... court registry perhaps?
I could not get all the fields to work on my end either...
but I then discovered that all caps names have a security agreement in place already... they printed of fifty pages of Le Blanc's.. each one had a security agreement...
Still looking into that security agreement....
