I physically went in to the registries to file a ppsa against the ALL CAPS name. I am going to landtitles for the others. In regards to liening a court file it has to be registered somewhere... court registry perhaps? I could not get all the fields to work on my end either... but I then discovered that all caps names have a security agreement in place already... they printed of fifty pages of Le Blanc's.. each one had a security agreement... Still looking into that security agreement....

They did a search for my name last name LE BLANC ... the guy was to lazy to find the right one.... we apparently are very big out east... new brunswick in particular... out west not so much... anyways he printed me off 50 pages of LE BLANC's and I had to find my name amongst it... inadvertently I discovered... Every one has a security agreement in place, thosee that didn't had a lien of bankruptcy , child support , or other such instruments...
