Ok so the last time before the last time I was in court, only as a "witness" to some drunk driver thing... I kept answering "yah" and the judge kept telling me to say "yes" or "no"... and I kept saying "yah"... he had a problem with that too...

Ok, this thread was to intend something else, but when you are SECURED as a witness to some bs... is also there not some instrument attached? Wherein they THREATEN you to show up with a WARRENT if you do not, in fact show?
