IGNORANCE wins again :( We need to continue this project privately. Is anyone informed enough to know why?

...or do you all think it's an evil "earthquake weapon"?

"HAARP is an ionospheric research facility. Its best-known apparatus is its 3.6 MW HF (approximately 3 to 10 MHz) ionospheric research instrument (IRI), feeding an extensive system of 180 gain antennas and used to excite sections of the ionosphere. Other onsite equipment is used to evaluate the effects."

What's the desired outcome of said excitation of the ionosphere? (After you explain ionosphere itself, please.)

Carl Dunne

I'v even heard people blame the fact it rains allot over here on haarp i put them people in the same bracket as chemtrail people and it's well documented what i think of those people i feel a cult of dusty rant coming on ..

Scott Duncan

HAM RADIO OPERATORS have been doing what HAARP did in a controlled fashion, for almost a century.

It is the future of communication and could take ALL of the control AWAY from the governments of the world.

FREE 10gbps internet. EVERYWHERE... think about what that would do for you.

Once deployed there would be NO stopping it.

HAARP's data is ALL PUBLIC and I USE IT MYSELF!

"Ionospheric perturbations[edit]

X-rays: sudden ionospheric disturbances (SID)[edit]

When the Sun is active, strong solar flares can occur that will hit the sunlit side of Earth with hard X-rays. The X-rays will penetrate to the D-region, releasing electrons that will rapidly increase absorption, causing a High Frequency (3 - 30 MHz) radio blackout. During this time Very Low Frequency (3 30 kHz) signals will be reflected by the D layer instead of the E layer, where the increased atmospheric density will usually increase the absorption of the wave and thus dampen it. As soon as the X-rays end, the sudden ionospheric disturbance (SID) or radio black-out ends as the electrons in the D-region recombine rapidly and signal strengths return to normal.

Protons: polar cap absorption (PCA)[edit]

Associated with solar flares is a release of high-energy protons. These particles can hit the Earth within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the solar flare. The protons spiral around and down the magnetic field lines of the Earth and penetrate into the atmosphere near the magnetic poles increasing the ionization of the D and E layers. PCA's typically last anywhere from about an hour to several days, with an average of around 24 to 36 hours.

Geomagnetic storms[edit]

A geomagnetic storm is a temporary intense disturbance of the Earth's magnetosphere. During a geomagnetic storm the F? layer will become unstable, fragment, and may even disappear completely. In the Northern and Southern pole regions of the Earth aurorae will be observable in the sky.

Lightning[edit]

Lightning can cause ionospheric perturbations in the D-region in one of two ways. The first is through VLF (Very Low Frequency) radio waves launched into the magnetosphere. These so-called "whistler" mode waves can interact with radiation belt particles and cause them to precipitate onto the ionosphere, adding ionization to the D-region. These disturbances are called "lightning-induced electron precipitation" (LEP) events.

Additional ionization can also occur from direct heating/ionization as a result of huge motions of charge in lightning strikes. These events are called Early/Fast.

In 1925, C. T. R. Wilson proposed a mechanism by which electrical discharge from lightning storms could propagate upwards from clouds to the ionosphere. Around the same time, Robert Watson-Watt, working at the Radio Research Station in Slough, UK, suggested that the ionospheric sporadic E layer (Es) appeared to be enhanced as a result of lightning but that more work was needed. In 2005, C. Davis and C. Johnson, working at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Oxfordshire, UK, demonstrated that the Es layer was indeed enhanced as a result of lightning activity. Their subsequent research has focussed on the mechanism by which this process can occur."

Learn WHAT electromagnetism is. Learn what IONIZATION is. These things are the BYPRODUCT of the weather!

It does not alter the weather anymore than somebody altering your faeces alters YOU.

...unless you live in a house made of your own shit... If you do live in a house made of your own shit, disregard that analogy.

"The electromagnetic force is one of the four known fundamental forces. The other fundamental forces are: the weak nuclear force, which binds to all known particles in the Standard Model, and causes certain forms of radioactive decay. (In particle physics though, the electroweak interaction is the unified description of two of the four known fundamental interactions of nature: electromagnetism and the weak interaction); the strong nuclear force, which binds quarks to form nucleons, and binds nucleons to form nuclei and the gravitational force."

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetism

All other forces (e.g., friction) are ultimately derived from these fundamental forces and momentum carried by the movement of particles.

The electromagnetic force is the one responsible for practically all the phenomena one encounters in daily life above the nuclear scale, with the exception of gravity. Roughly speaking, all the forces involved in interactions between atoms can be explained by the electromagnetic force acting on the electrically charged atomic nuclei and electrons inside and around the atoms, together with how these particles carry momentum by their movement. This includes the forces we experience in "pushing" or "pulling" ordinary material objects, which come from the intermolecular forces between the individual molecules in our bodies and those in the objects. It also includes all forms of chemical phenomena.

A necessary part of understanding the intra-atomic to intermolecular forces is the effective force generated by the momentum of the electrons' movement, and that electrons move between interacting atoms, carrying momentum with them. As a collection of electrons becomes more confined, their minimum momentum necessarily increases due to the Pauli exclusion principle. The behaviour of matter at the molecular scale including its density is determined by the balance between the electromagnetic force and the force generated by the exchange of momentum carried by the electrons themselves.

Most electromagnetism is caused by the spinning ball of liquid iron death, that is the planet's core.

The IONOSPHERE is where all the "loose change" of ionization ends up.

This ALSO allows for HAM radio operators to bounce "side-band" signals off of it and talk to people thousands of miles away.

Data Carriers over this medium sprung up in the late 90's.

HAARP is an attempt to make the ionosphere a "trunk line" for data communications.

really interesting (Y) i had no idea of haarp's potential.I watch a bit of space weather each day so i'm aware there are far greater factors "off world" which influences weather & quakes.the obvious clue with chemtrails is its an aerial spray therefore indiscriminate, Queen lizzy hasn't yet devoured her grandchildren so i'm guessing she's probably invested in their good health (unless of course they ARE chemical breathing lizard aliens ). even if there was a "ming the merciless" deathray hitting earth (the obvious inspiration for this hysteria),...what is "telling" everyone gonna solve . i struggle to feel sorry for them because if the day ever did come where they "woke" everyone up, they'd find everyone else just as inept to do anything about it as them.the fluoride in the water? i distill mine to remove that & a lot more unidentified shit i'd be more worried about, they scream for Govt to come save them because they cant take simple steps to improve circumstances for themselves .. "we just have to wake everyone up" oh thats a fuckin hilarious excuse for sitting in a pool of your own mental excrement. we haven't got time to think, the time for action is now- face palm :p

What has not been mentioned is the research into stabilizing the ionosphere so not only data, but POWER. A stable chunk of ionosphere could also act as a 'usable wireless battery' if a few things are worked out. The old Morse code relay stations on the east coast used the differential electrical potential between the air and ground to power their signals over 20 miles .

Robert Cormier

Nikola Tesla advocated the use of a HAARP like device to improve the physical and mental health of all people. He noted, as many other scientists did, that the planet itself, and all "healthy" plants and animals have a resonance frequency between 6 - 8 megahertz (if I recall correctly). Frequencies above, or, below this level create the conditions for the loss of health/mental capacity/clarity. As a side note, Pete Townshend, of The Who, reported that he "cured" his heroine addiction in 24-48 hours by using a machine based on this technology which re-tuned his resonance frequency to between 6-8 megahertz. After the treatment, he reported that he had absolutely no cravings/desire for heroine whatsoever. Many fields of science are recognizing these implications as well as the importance of vibration and its impact upon the universe.

David Johansen

one can not tune a resonant frequency of an object without altering that objects physical characteristics. YOU are 96% water and therefore you resonate at the same frequency, 7.8GHz is the upper harmonic of what a microwave oven produces. are you feeling a bit warm & fuzzy yet?
