Mmm. So I gather that the POSTAL CODE *** IS *** the WARD (POLITICAL DISTRICT) there by use of the POSTAL CODE "DESIGNATES" you as a WARD of THEIR POLITICAL JURISDICTION.? ? Just thinking out loud.
