I have a friend who has a brief NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE he sends out:
"I conditionally-accept your demand for payment, on the condition upon presentment to me of the ORIGINAL INSTRUMENT OF INDEBTEDNESS in its ORIGINAL form."
..but im guessin' NOTICE OF MISTAKE trumps that, obviously
