The COLLECTION AGENCY BOUGHT the bill of goods (the debt) and now has TITLE to the account.
However JOINDER MUST BE RE-ESTABLISHED with all parties on the bill. You contracted with the ORIGINAL secured party, not the agency.
The bill is still VALID if the other party ACCEPTS it.
