heres something you SHOULD consider.
now that we gotten the part where you are PRESUMNED to be SURETY.
When you rebut it by notice of mistake you cannot be SURETY any longer.
Now if the opposing party has a lawyer...that lawyer is about to be slammed. Why? Because they are na OFFICER OF THE COURT. THEY HAVE NO CHOICE IN THE MATTER BUT TO TAKE SURETY.
