My BC proves that the government of Newfoundland and Labrador holds the legal title(property) in the legal( registered) name and all property, debts, liabilities, obligations, and undertakings registered in that name. It is a security that provides evidence that the human being, ME, in possession of the BC holds the equitable interest in the legal name. And, if there are any debts , liabilities , obligations, or undertakings registered in the legal name, then you are to contact the holder of the legal title in that name, which, I understand, is the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
