"As the SURETY BOND (BIRTH CERTIFICATE..." We know it is a bond because I recall Scott mentioning that a BOND has TWO SIGNATURES. Question: How do we know it is a SURETY BOND? What are the identifiers that indicate that that it is not merely just a bond? What PROOF is there that the BC is a surety bond?
