Yes as Scott Duncan always says. UNDERSTAND the WORDS that is used in that NOTICE OF MISTAKE. Scott designed that to be generic because he knew that not everyone would be able to design their own notice so therefor he gave a dumbed down version for people to begin their quest....well thats my assumption. I used it and fully understood it, and it worked overwhelmingly. Same with the help that he gave with VOIDing. Scott is most certainly one of the no bullshitters out in the cyber world. UNDERSTAND the terms he used, when you feel you got the picture you can use it for your own purposes. You WILL BE TESTED!!!

Kevin in the notice Scott is referring to a copy of the BC he gave to the court for dispositioning (transferring of property). Once you give the BC to the court it is then in the custody of the court and they now possess it. They can then do what they want with the person. If you don't possess something you don't control it. With regards to benefits that's a tricky one. The maxim, "He who receives the benefit must accept the burden" always stands. However, Scott has shown us that whenever new charges are filed a brand new person is created. The prosecuting party then attempt to attach surety to you for the new charges and person. So I'm not sure what bearing receiving benefits would have on any new claims filed... The Kevin Flanagan on your driving license isn't the Kevin Flanagan on the passport. The Kevin Flanagan on your social services card isn't the Kevin Flanagan on the Garda charge sheet... ;)

I remember when we first touched on this topic I asked if the court has custody of the person then is it not possible to apply for any state benefits until you get it back. It was only at a later date that we learned a new person is created every time... And a few more dots get connected... :D

What are the identifiers that indicate that that it is not merely just a bond? What PROOF is there that the BC is a surety bond?

easy, certified true copy and write new original, if its a true copy whos going to rebut?

So, if I tore the original, the tear is the significant factor that proves it the genuine primary document? There is nothing to copy but a torn document, which still may have legal standing?

My BC proves that the government of Newfoundland and Labrador holds the legal title(property) in the legal( registered) name and all property, debts, liabilities, obligations, and undertakings registered in that name.
