Trial today:willfully obstructing a peace officer.I refused to show ID or insurance at a TRAFFIC stop for snow on my bumper covering the license plate. This was my fifth appearance re this matter.Previously I had deposited my Live Birth Record and Notice of Mistake into the COURT file the latter they just ignored.Today I walked in with 9 of my friends and family in tow.Judge asks are you(name)?Thats my name I own it.Is anyone disputing that?Supernumerarry interrupts me,I cut him of cross my arms and firmly say Is anyone disputing that my name is my property?while looking him right in the eyes.No one is disputing that he says.On and for the record no one is disputing that my name is my property.Supernumerarry "Ahhhh it seems that crown has double booked the same spot for you and xxxxx case.sometimes bla bla bla you could come back tomorrow see if we can get you in bla bla bla sign some papers reschedule bla bla bla how do you wish to proceed?Im thinking sign some papers,ya I'll get right on that.I look,the judge in the eye and say"what does your internal procedure have to do with me? I don't understand what you are talking about.I want to settle this right here,right now so I can get back to my family and my job.I go on a little rant and tell him I'm not coming back.I turn around and walk out.Sherrif tries handing me a paper I ignore him.My friends ,family and I get out into the foyer and start jeering the two cops that arrested me.Sherrif comes out and tells me to leave the building Right Now.I ask him if he is going to put his hands on me he says yes.I tell him he does not have my consent to touch me,my dad says let's go ,so we go outside.The cops leave ,more heckling . Ok people critique me

When the guy on the bench asks "how do you wish to proceed" he is handing the court over to you and recognizing you as the sole authority with standing. at this point you can state you wish for all charges to be dropped and the record expunged with or without prejudice your call. and he will follow your instructions. Am I correct for the most part Scott Duncan?

Close Andrew, more precisely it would be the tennis equivalent of "Your turn", Ball is in your court to return. Judge in his proper role is referee making sure everything is in bounds and the ball was hit over the net in accordance with the rules. Actually, Dodgeball might be more correct, you have the ball now, kill the fucker.

I think it is very simple. We are (well, I am at least) seeing to much into it. We keep talking / worrying about what to do in court but we really just simple shouldn't be there. So if we have a date to appear we know we should deal with it before that by some means. If we are dragged in then we should be dealing with , They shouldn't be dragging us in to begin with. Forest for the trees so to speak.

yah, i was going to say [before i saw scott's...] i was waiting for what was presumed to occur next, BUT i was also querious because you said "bla bla bla how do you wish to proceed?", which you could have replied "well seeing as YOU made a MISTAKE... I would expect to receive from you the value in the adjustment to be offset by a check to cover my loss" thankyouverymuch haveaniceday

I was just happy to get out of there unscathed .I totally agree Andrew it was in my mind to say dismiss this right now ,I knew it was the proper thing to say but I couldn't get my words out.I have no knowledge of the lien process,I understand the concept just not how to implement it. Beverly I think you are correct I have not heard the last of this.regarding claiming the name my thinking is this,it is my property it was given to me by my parents,I am surety for the name but I choose where and when to act as surety.I never really felt comfortable with my tactics ,I was double minded in my approach, a hack, but I have learned soooo much and really appreciate this group.

isn't it funny how we are sucked into something first because we attach to a legal fiction, and second how it is considered/portrayed as a benefit to be told how and what to do and have to pay for not obeying

A Guilty or a Not Guilty Plea is still in their jurisdiction. Remember. You are NOT supposed to be there in the first place. By accepting them to enter in a NOT GUILTY PLEA you are consenting to their Acts/Statutes as an OFFICER/TRUSTEE of their organization.

Let the record show that Justice XXXXX has offered up a chose in action on behalf of the defendant thereby converting on ALL liability as successor surety. And I hope that he has brought his check book here today so that he can post bond
