he claimed status as judge, oath was accepted he is now duty bound to uphold his oath. LOL case dismissed. LOL

This is my problem. Have spent a good portion of yesterday discussing Judge vs Justice it just didn't click in my head. Most times I pick out what people do wrong/right but miss the KEY ones. :(

Judge = law maker and precedent setter.... Justice = province operating as.... according to a recent thread here somewhere... Justice = not a person.... hence the WHO ARE YOU? if needed but a notice of mistake should handle that........

judge appointed by the people, (oath to uphold the law) justice appointed by the government. (oath to uphold the statutes)or legal if you prefer
