Interview begins at 2mins30, it starts slow & local but think you'll all appreciate the "view" from the other side. I've studied some of his rulings & fed them back to him a few months ago in his court, he continues to be a source of reliable info. He gives THEIR interpretation of separation of powers, the "place" of the judiciary, an explanation of the summary process & some nice tit-bits.

Oath of office without fear or favour.... Yet the Court retains 10 presumptions... I suppose if you can "believe" in seperation of powers from a political appointee (fuckin trustee lol) sitting on the bench.. we can believe in due process?

he's correct, nobody "within" the state can question him, because the state is NOT the licensing authority. All that stuff being played out here about licensing is misdirection ;)

yep. I even asked those over on the 'Demand Licensing Authority Page' to clarify a few things, simple things, logical, rational things - I was met with astounding silence. I say this because one should really consider the 'claim' being made here - it's fkn huge yeh? A lot could turn on it 'if' it was right - so we should, in theory, check it out, right? What's scary is the one reply i did get was from another follower of that page saying she had the same concerns and had actually been relying on that information in some form of a mortgage challenge?!? This is damaging for a few reasons. 1. Mostly people are so desperate for an alternative they're at a point where they'll 'accept' anything, this makes them vulnerable 2. Mostly people are too lazy to 'test' the claims by validating them with good research, this makes them fully responsible for the actions produced as a result of this ignorance, 3. there's a group of people out there telling people this is 'fact' when it clearly is not and other people are actually 'trying it out'?! that's very dangerous and I wonder if any of those propagating this nonsense have relied on the information themselves? Another worrying observation was that one guy 'Terrence' actually raised the valid criticisms and was attacked, not just by the OP but also others following the post. They accused him of being a banker, a shill of sorts, and interrogated him on his qualifications?! But, eh, not questioning whether the OP was qualified (not that qualifications relate to intelligence but that's what happened) - like actually rushing in to defend the ignorance? Attacking the one voice speaking a bit of sense to them. They might as well of said "get the fuck out of our bubble terry! you'll pop it" - Honestly, someone actually said Terry was 'in the wrong place'. Is this simply a case of the blind leading the blind, or is the one-eyed man/men playing king?

Ha! Out of interest I went to check the post again. It now seems to have been deleted and re-posted with the phrase 'was asked to post this again' ... shame all the comments were deleted too.

Isn't it the case we have all these groups in Ireland who through some self sense of righteousness feel they can fix things without understanding them, i have flash-backs of an old next door neighbour who had a fetish for power tools but no mentality for them, everything he touched ended up in bits, he was just as incapable of heeding warnings or taking on board his lack of ability,He would instantly offer "EXPERT" advice to anyone who'd listen lol he never acknowledged the mess he made.... so nothing ever changed. Thats why you didn't get the correct response Kevin, the probing questions & hunger to get to the truth doesn't exist & thats the only thing that truly matters?. They all run from debate because their logic in this doesn't wear well, they are protecting what they already "believe" afraid there might be something they didn't know or might have to admit about themselves. They are misleading people.

Yeh, and that's the problem isn't it? People wrapped up in a cosy delusion, mislead and yeh 'mind controlled'. And what's worrying is those same people will be the ones to attack the truth and you for saying it. Because you are invading their 'new world' - they 'get it now' so why would they need to do any further enquiry? This seems to be a cultish mindset with all the trappings. The false ideologies, the phony leaders, the ceremony and rites of passage... They will attack you to defend their new found lie. Will things ever change? seriously....

glad you liked Stuart Stuart , i took the breaches of procedure outlined put them in commercial affidavit & pointed them at the director of a prosecuting bank last year, the master sent it for summary hearing, the affidavits stood & removed the ability for that justice to deal with, they then tried to invite a"common law defence" without filing a claim lol. Kevin spot on, we can also use their reactions to purge our own stubborn beliefs, watching them & setting myself apart(not just for the sake of it) is sorta my guide rail now :p
