I have so much proof that her whole case is based on fraud and manipulation. she lied to get what she wanted, not deserved. I was in custody while she was draining my business bank account and I have proof from the jail and my bank , she never had signing authority on my biz accountand yet thy wont charge herwith forgery and fraud. I thought that fraud vitiates all and they have to remove all orders affected by it ?

The courts don't want to hear me when I ask for DNA and Ihav demanded it about 100 times.

I hope your not insinuating that Iam not being honest? she ate her last husband in the courts. She does this for a living! She acted like an angel for the first year, the second year I was living with the devil!

I just meant on the replacement of the penis vs brain part.....If she ate her ex in court, and if you would have kept your brain at the right place and your penis at the right place, you would have probably have put condoms :D

her lawyer and a past judge! her lawyer no longer is on the case as she didn't pay him , so he got an order to force me to pay him. I told the judge on record" If that's how this society works, I can hire people and others are forced to pay the debt then I am doing it all wrong and I have some people that need to get paid!

I don't know how , but they wont accept even motions from m any more!

The court needs to establish SURETY right off the bat or they cannot proceed.

This has been going on forever, Im not sure if they have but im going on record tomorrow and announcing that MY CONSENT, is revoked to begin with. How do I prevent them from gaining SURETY? or if they he surety, can I revoke it?
