I understand Clifton Lee Sing just borrowed 3 billion from HSBC on my behalf, could you please forward to me 1of those 3 billions and provide me with the name of the Surety for this loan. I understand Clifton is a private man and not an elected official, and as signor for the finance minister who works for me, he should disclose the surety for this loan and forward me my money.
