OR you could speak to them in jibberish that only you understand AND frustrate the hell out of them. I have asked people for there SIN number and credit card number (not CRA mind you) and date of birth. This usually sends them into a bit of a tither. Then when I refuse to go any further with the conversation I apologize to them whole heartedly and they have no idea what to do after that.
