I agree, Scott, but why not issue a Writ giving your public servant the mandate to do it. They are licensed and qualified to do it, and also pre-paid, whereas I am not. That's why I don't fill them out. That's like Bill Gates filling out a requisition form because he ran out of pens. He simply says "GET ME A FUCKING PEN....better yet.....you get a fucking pen and start writing when I speak!!!" to one of his paid shit-heels. ;)
