I told someone over a year ago to take a Notarized copy of his Birth Certificate, write an Order on it for the Sheriff to clean his toilets, and serve him. He didn't do it, but I bet that Sheriff would have been at his door wearing rubber gloves....... p.s. The Sheriff was being an asshole, it was completely retaliatory.
