Looks good. Perhaps give them a time line as you are expected to "pay" this bill with a certain time frame. Also you've spelled the good doctor's name two different ways in your letter. Otherwise, I like it and would like to know what response you get.

Pierre, my daughter is using the chord I use for the scanner...I'll try tomorrow, but I looked at it, there is no encoding, but it does say please detach top portion and return with payment and it itemizes the services provided to me

It may be worth adding something like the following : If there is any lawful reason that this matter cannot be dealt with in this manner, please provide specific details of any defects and instructions to remedy same. Otherwise, Non Acceptance will be interpreted as in Sections 47 and 48 of the Bills of Exchange Act 1909. Obviously change the references to fit the Act where you are.

Pete can you clarify something for me. - 'And you are NOT an authorized representative'. From what I understand we are the Administrator for the name, rather than the authorized representative. Is that correct? Thats what I understand anyway.
