try this for tingling... borrowed from a post in the contract law page a few of you are part of...

'engagement' (in a lawful setting) can be used synonymously with 'contract'... when you utter a word you have contracted by consent ( in which, speaking in English proves intent ) to adhere to English rule of law. by saying '' I do not consent to English rule of law '' in English ... is still consent!. 'the principal is an informed waiver' ... uttering a word is the principal part of any vocal engagement !
