I have never been " formally " charged for anytng since I had my person declared legally deceased many years ago , Who are they going to charge ? they kidnpped me last year with no charges so they could interrogate me but as yet there have never been any charges levied aginst me or at least none that I know of but how could I know ? I don;t accept mail .
