Lana, I would advise to consider letting this go. Learn from it and move on. Achieving remedy at this point is territory for someone who is VERY schooled in administrative processes AND being able to STAND on those processes when CHALLENGED. If you decide to start down this path, be prepared for many sleepless nights and much pain and frustration.
