To the Ignorant who think wrong, it is secret. I said I was slow :) Spending the entire weekend following the creation of money taking into account what a 'Note' is was eye opening for me. Trying to literally put the Government Bank of Canada etc onto paper ledger and follow all these 'instruments taught me a lot. No where near finished comprehending the whole, but closer. My time and effort where not wasted. :)
