How many of you work for the government? How many work for the Law Society? How many are ACTUALLY listening to me? How many of you will wake up?

If you are a member, or just became one, please speak up. I want to know WHY you are here. I want to know WHO is listening. I want to know what YOU can do, and what your VALUE is.

If you don't know the answer to that last question, SAY so. It's the best one you can declare: "I don't know what my value is" = "I don't know who I am". I can fix that. but it will cost you... but it's a bargain. If you don't know who you are, then OTHERS will decide who you are FOR you...and that ALWAYS costs more.

ALWAYS.

So if you are a member, I want to hear about you. You are not a number, or an account, or an ID, of a Username with a postage-stamp sized picture. Be more than that.

Who are you? Where do you come from? Why are you here? WHAT DO YOU WANT?

I am an entrepreneur- business man that was rudely awakened by CRA and it forced me to educate myself ( wake up ). i'm a peaceful man. don't wish to harm anybody. but there are people out there who would wish to cause me harm as I don't want to toe anyone elses line but my own. I don't know how to state that unequivocally to the state, sovereign, police forces, government etc without getting tangled up in legal knots and losing my case.

That said Nature+Nurture produces endless variations of the same thing. For everyone like me that you meet, there are 100 who are EXACTLY like me, who are working AGAINST your interests. I've invested a lifetime into finding out why those JUST LIKE ME can lack empathy.

We all seem to start out with it. Why did mine stay? Where did there's go? Why is it so easy to remove it from those JUST LIKE ME?

These are the questions I pursue. I'm pondering questions you don't even know need to be asked. ;)

Hell, the government presumes I work for them because I have a bunch of licences they sent me...but I don't recall being called in to work a shift...I'm learning how to rebut & remove those presumptions.

I know I think wrong & value the wrong things...that is changing.

I want to learn how to create value, add value and extract value from those who attempt to harm me.

I want to put that to good use in a way that provides benefit (in the common parlance, not legal definition) to myself & those I care about, while in the process helping to create and contribute to a community with similarly aligned aims & ideals.

Oh yeah, and I want to see the next chapter, cos this stuff is just starting to get interesting ;-)

Mmmm, I AM, -A father of 5 children, 2 whom were taken from me and were denied their father. -A husband to my beautiful wife of over 20 years. -A man who is willing if necessary to die for the above. -A competent manual machinist in all fields. -A competent carpenter in all fields. -As to anything else regarding who am I? I do not know. I have not stepped there yet. . WHY AM I HERE? At THE TENDER FOR LAW? -To learn THEIR system so I can affect change through assisting others so that they intern may assist others. -To see the world through their eyes/methods so that I HAVE an internal view as to the structure with the intent to remove and/or damage the one or two critical components that keep it running.

WHAT IS MY VALUE? -Immediate family aside, my value is what others are willing to accept me for.

MY SKILLS? -If it is mechanical and/or structural I can make it if tools and resources are at hand. -Ability to *see* the components layer of ideas/concepts though I may not understand them. -The rest of my skills? Where to start. Not going to, unless ask specifically.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO OFFER? Others here are more qualified then I am to know that. I do not think the group would suffer my absence if I was not here. NOTE.....I am surprised you asked. People love to talk and never get to the point. Or they love to circle the questions but never actually address it. Or they approach it from their point of view which will never really equate to others. Am I an Agent of the Government? No. I failed the psych test. Said I was not compatible with the requirements. That was 16 years ago. No I know it was because my IQ was to high. I AM how ever ALL FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT! Problem is we DO NOT have any LAW ENFORCEMENT. I have to get a keyboard for my thumbs. Off to put bandages on my blisters now.

I am an immigration consultant and spend my days navigating Canadian companies and foreign workers through the system. I am from WPG. My Company is registered in MB, SK, AB and BC. I have over 7 different licenses, have paid large securities to Provinces for the privilege to operate and pay them taxes...the compliance to own and operate a business has become increasingly burdensome since 2008...I was wondering if the increased Regs and securities have had something to do with the collapsing economy....I was curious to know how and why everything I do is so tightly controlled and monitored...I feel like a hostage, but, slave is as good a word as any....my eyes and mind are being opened here...Honestly, I am not so sure what to do with this info...I feel like I am on the edge.

Currently My husband and I are deciding to have a child or not, keeping the child out of the system is my biggest concern with that. We each have 2 daughters that we had when we were very young. I am here to learn where I went wrong, what caused it and how to fix it. I have spent 13 years getting run over by the mother of my first two kids who manipulates the system. The system in turn backs her and punishes only me. That is the why. As to the who, I don't know yet. I know I am no longer a "you" and can only ever be a "me". I am from misery or legally known as Missouri in the states. What I want is change. Not the kind that the CEO is dishing out. REAL change. I came to this conclusion because from my understanding everything is energy. Atoms vibrating at high frequencies creating this false reality we're living in. I am in Edmonton, opened a furniture store 2 years ago and spent the last 18 years taking care of 2 kids by myself. I do graphics & website design, mostly for myself now.

I have no regrets, just finding it harder and harder to keep up as (especially the last 8 yrs) the �cost of living� has risen far beyond acceptable. I�m not talking necessarily about food, clothing, etc. I�m talking about utilities, gasoline, taxes, traffic tickets and the like. We are under the thumb to corporations selling the resources of our homeland and FORCING us to pay more and more. I have always lived within my means, never bought a new car (mortgage), don�t purchase $500 purses or shoes... hell, I still wear clothes from when I was 20! (Clothing comes back in style every 10 years you know...) My kids are most important to me and mine are, apparently never moving out. I am here because I had realized a long time ago that this monetary system is slowly KILLING ME/US. And I don�t (er, didn�t) know why. My father is a brazillionaire and �offered� to lend me $10G when I started this store �at 10% INTEREST? Go away. Enough�s enough.

He�s like Trump... I got to the part in his book about �shoving whomever is in the way down the ladder while your on the way up�. That was the point where I didn�t see value in what Trump had to say...

I am here for knowledge of this system, what we can do about it and to teach my kids and/or anyone else who is interested. I see the youth more interested, or let�s say open-minded in this endeavour and I know this is going to affect THEM the most. They need this knowledge and I want better for their futures.

My mother was German, my father Hungarian, I was born in Montreal. I have lived in Berlin, Alabama, South Carolina, Calgary, and now in Nova Scotia. Im a stay at home researcher. My old man is from French background and also from Montreal. He had a religious up bringing, I didn't, and we are both atheists, and have brought up our children, when we did have them that way.Almost 2 years ago now, we were busted for a small amount of weed and guns wih the help of our oldest daughter. Our other two were taken away, and it has been a fight ever since to try and get them back. We have a small hobby farm, we raise and butcher our own meat and do quite a bit of raising our own vegtables. We had absolutely no idea of any of this that is going on, and don't even begin to say that we understand. Everyday we are getting a little closer to knowing and understanding, but there is still a lot to learn. I can say one thing for certainty that reading and listening doesn't even compare to actually doing what is suggested here. I know that I still have a lot to learn, because even having been on this site for a while, I feel like I'm a high school student in an advanced university course.

As long as I can remember, I've always felt like the boss of me. I could never understand why others always tried. I have always been a student of experience, so needless to say I get a little dirty in my learning. For the first part of my life, I was able to stay under the radar. My 20's were a blur and start growing up at thirty. This is where things start to get harder. I'm now 45. Happily married. Father of 5 chillins ages 3,6,7,10 and 11. Am self employed. I'm not caught up in bling bling, manage to meet our needs most of the time. I'm clearly not educated enough to deal with the system. CRA is wanting to take me to the cleaners for an outrageous amount of money. I'm watching everything around me decay to a wrong system of living and I'm trying to make sure I can educate myself so could teach my kids and others. So I've got my PC/FB open to jan 8th, printed test #7 and reading and looking up words. Hoping I could catch up so I could get involve in the discussions because I have been enjoying what I've been reading.

I worked for the government. I was 17 and wanted to get a "free" education. So I decided to become an "enlisted man". I received my chef papers and left shortly thereafter. Who I am...I am me. I'm all ears. I'm waking up now and can never go back to sleep. I am here to learn and free myself from wrong thinking and valuing the wrong things. I was born and raised in downtown Toronto at Queen and Bathurst area. Living in K/W now. I became involved in politics after my girlfriend complained that I whined too much about government and told me either to do my best to change things (rather than whine), or keep my yap shut. I spent about 6 months examining my political belief and wrote a 27 page party platform. I registered the name for a party that I proposed with Elections Ontario in 1995. It was called the PUBLIC INTEREST Party (The PIPS). This lead me to become friends with the then current mayor of Kitchener who mentored me in politics amongst other things. This in turn lead me to Paul Hellyer (former Minister of Defense and former Deputy Prime Minister) who came out of retirement to speak against free trade and proposed to dramatically change Canada's economic system. He asked me to run for the party (The Canadian Action Party) in the next election which I did. In 2000 I was a candidate in the Kitchener Center riding in the federal election of that year. I was completely ignored in the local press, radio, television. I was kept out of debates etc. I managed to speak to about 900 - 1000 people, a few door to door, but, most of the exposure was in the form of two debates on local University campuses. I received 265 votes if memory serves which I was quite pleased with considering it represented about 27% of the people who heard my message. I want to be of value to those who are seeking to have the yoke of our culture lifted from them. I bring a variety of skill sets to the table. I am rambling, so I 'll stop here. First gig a 7 mile paper route done on horseback, skidoo, or motorcycle.

Second gig- Swamper at a helicopter company from 14-17.. approx 50 hrs flying, was going to be a pilot.. then a mentor crashed and died, along with it my idea of flying....

Next I worked for an oilfield company in many capacities from loading pipe with a small tracked grapple unit, to a mechanics helper where I learned welding,how to do minor repairs on equipment etc..., how to drive a big rig, Bulldozer, chainsaw, build roads, leases and a various assortment of related skills... Then I was an assistant superintendent at a golf course where I learned about growing things..

We had an 18 ft boat with an inboard of 195 horse power of which I was a decent pilot

Spent 10 years in the restaurant biz where I learned from every chef... even though I was a front of house guy...

Went to filmschool when I was 28 and discovered the digital realm... and have worked in that field for 18 years now.... with a bunch of different jobs in between gigs. including but not limited to Forklift operator to Director of Marketing...

The last couple of years I have been off due to some health issues, that are now behind me, with a couple of contracts that went south, to which a remedy is being applied from the knowledge learned here.

So Scott Duncan is the only being who has essentially been straight and to the point...

As a cute example, I pulled this on my 8 year old nephew this week while on vacation:

He signed it successfully! He laughed and said, �I told you!� After he said this, I unfolded the paper and showed him where he had signed and agreed that Uncle Roy was his boss forever, which was written at the top of the paper. You should have seen the look on his face! I told him, �Never sign anything that you haven�t read and fully agree too.�

I know he learned something through this because I heard him telling another relative he called later that he had just signed a contract with Uncle Roy. Before this, he had never heard the word contract.

The upon receipt term... allows you to go after them immediately by placing a lien if they do not pay... in alberta we have what is called a mechanics lien that needs to be filed within 45 days of the job being completed.. with the 30, 60 , 90, day notice... you can not file a lien after 45 days... a built in Catch 22. So IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT... un-catch 22

@Scott. Who are we, "Knownas Colin", a pensioner? We were born at the end of WW2 a man of body, mind and soul/spirit in a fundementally Christian society, Australia. When registered (at a Police Station; as was the requirement at the time), the Birth Registry shows our name(s) to be only a Christian and a Given name, with no family/surname. We were later baptised with a Christian and a given name, but, again, with no family or surname. There is no [official] documentation stating we have a family/surname and neither does it state that we were born and baptised a PERSON (a slave). Indeed, the Birth Certificate, as well, does not show that we have a family/surname. There is no requirement for anyone to have a family/surname, as with many cultures, irrespective of a legislated Parliamentary Statute (Act). Consequently, it is our comprehension that we are a man with a Christian and Given name only. Of course, this pisses-off the cops when we state, under DURESS, that we have no family/surname ... nevertheless, they then charge us with "failing to comply with a Police directive", contrary to section# of Blah Blah Act. However, the Police 'choose' to 'change our name' that includes a 'Family/Surname' and in so doing commit Personage; so much for "DUE PROCESS" and their Oath of Office. That said; why are we as a member of this site? Primarily we are here to learn and sometimes we have something to contribute.
