I THINK asking the question to who it concern is very HONORABLE.....and ALL questions, everything that is a big question mark in my brain :D

Pete Daoust, you may think that it is honourable. But they don't. I tried to serve 5 RCMP officers here in Nova Scotia by registered mail and all were refused. I even tried to go in person to serve the defaulted affidavits and I was pretty much kicked out of the detachment. As a matter of fact I was told by the staff sergeant Perry that if I tried to serve the papers at the attachment again that "I will personally sue you, not as Staff Sergeant Perry but as Tony Perry. Are you good with that? Get ready! Get Ready!" Who is not being honorable now? I have to say that I'm just shaking in my boots. LOL Staff Sergeant Perry of the Anitgonish RCMP Detachment. I'm so ready.

who says its an authority, why not look at it a lil more simple. As in if you said nothing or rebutted the fact or action, it would appear your silence to such an act would be your assent to what has taken place. So, a letter or record would need to be created in order to show you dont approve of this and further, contract out the cost of doing such an act, say you assessed this to be worth xxxxx ....be creative...your writing law.

ChiefRock Sino General I see your point, however alot of what has gone on, we remained silent on because we had no idea about what was illiegal or unlawful, much less that there was difference between the two. We have learned the very hard way what the cost of remaining silent is. And trust me it does not happen any more in this house. I guess what I could do is another affiavit to community services, their lawyer and the staff sergeant and ask by what authority. Their silence will be my law. I have as yet to hear back from the 5 RCMP. CPS and their lawyer will not respond back as well to any matter that I have contacted them about so far.
