That's great.... we started this exercise by you posting your public notice... which is a tender to contract under specific terms, I was talking about enforcement of the notice by process of lien.. then we got into bill of exchange... which is a term that includes many types of negotiable instruments... every type of bill, note, invoice, documentation of an exchange.... is a bill of exchange.
