so in this instance an itemized list or accounting of which services/trust property were used without permission becomes an exchange between 2 parties... you did see bill of exchange... the invoice engages the process.. so you collect with a bill of exchange... i.e.: cheque... I do not think I am confused on this... what is a practical example of Bill Of Exchange? Pete Daoust
