Question: If INTENT (Substance) is Primary over Form and you are in chains (or simple do not have a red pen, nor a custom designed red stamp on hand), Does it really matter what color NEW ORIGINAL and /or VOID is written/stamped in? . Looking at it I think not. (Invisible ink need not apply) Any thoughts?
