Why would you bring that thing in court ?

Cra uses the sin number for tracking and if the names does not match my live birth regestration would that prove wrong person?

Who/What 'person' are you identifying yourself as using the SIN? Doesn't the SIN card belong to your Federal government, not to you? If it's not yours and you are claiming that it is you/yours and/or represents you, aren't you committing fraud and/or creating controversy?

I don't think so, but that will definitly prove that someone was sleeping when they've made the card.
