The "how to control your case by liening" thread.

This is used typically for crown attorney cases, such as criminal proceedings and/or provincial offenses. So, you may have noticed that i speak about objection and standing. There is a reason for that. Lets have a recap on some things before we get into the liening.

What would be the account?

We know how the PROVINCE OF ONTARIO is operated by JUSTICE. This makes or means that the court system as you used to know by is in fact commercial. What does that mean? Well it means that they are a business. What do business have with "clients" or "applicants" or "claimants"? Business accounts. Business accounts => Court file numbers.

Who are we liening?

So now that we have an account. who do we need to focus our attention towards now. Well who represents the province? who manages the services of the court? The answer is the Attorney General of Ontario.

Description?

I would probably leave it simple like "Secured Personal Interest" Anything more is unnecessary.

Creditor?

If you have a shell corporation then you would list it as your LLC. If not you simply use your PERSON.

Length or duration?

You can define whatever length of time you want. conventionally its 8$ per year for 1-25 years or 500$ for forever...I'm not joking...So whatever you feel is necessary.

Why lien it?

Because you want all the value. If lets say you have a restraining order. Courts make money off that. When you lien it. They no longer make money. So you can see why they would be encouraged to terminate it.

So what happens after?

When you lien it and perfected it, you therefor control everything in that case. You direct how your case goes.

So now that you got a basic grasp what now?

When you perfect it no one will oppose it(how can they?They are not persons.)If they did not oppose it then they have no standing to speak or direct. See where I'm going? That is why your objections will become infinitely more powerful because you will truly have the only party with standing.

Anyways, I'm sure this covers the basic concepts and benefits of what you can do.

I filed a lien two days ago on a property. I received a call yesterday morning from a ppsa agent telling me that the ppsa.ca lien service is intended for MOVEABLE items such as boats and cars, and, I would have to file a writ though www.teranet.ca to register a lien on the property. She said I would need a lawyer to file the WRIT. How do I WRITE the WRIT?

Dean Clifford introduced me thru youtube to trust law after having gone thru the morons....

I wasn't looking for free-dumb. I was looking to take down the church. For grievous harms caused and then met you 2 yahoos ( all due respect). You kicked my I ass a little on a thread back in February on Deans page I think.

I asked about mentor ship and teaching and learning.... i was then invited to the tender for law. I followed instructions and applied myself. Pointed int the right direction... but how would I know as I value the wrong things....

The thread was about praecipe (pardon spelling)....

I know a guy who thinks he knows the answer to everything. He claims his birth certificate was worth $162 Million. Now all things being equal- if Scott can unlock that same door for me per say, he can have $81 Million of it to build whatever weaponized-sex-toys he wants...i think i could make due with ONLY the other $81 Mil.

Daniel J Wentz my intentions are as best as I can make them. I have walked around in confusion and had to re read many things then apply them before I KNEW anything about what Scott talks about here.

Now that i have a clear head by waking up and lighting a fattie up, This also applies to warrants as warrants are still charges to the name. So lien those too to take all the value. How cana warrant be executed if there is no money for them to make/claim?

Lets drive this point further.

If lets say you are in family court right, and your ex hubby hires a lawyer(worst thing they can do) they now declare themselves as incompetent and is now a ward of the court. That means they are a subject to the court(no rights).

You go and lien it. Lawyer cant stop you because the lawyer cant file for your hubby because they belong to the court. they are incompetent and therefor could not defend. The court cant stop you because the court is a business, its your case, it has your name.

You can perfect this lien very easily. And when you do, observe the change in their attitudes...

Who the fuck I am I kidding.... I was ready to give up before being invited to learn here. It would have taken me a very long time, if ever, to put all the pieces together.

Scott's duty here has changed my life. I was contracted to do some vid work for a guy. His best friend was a cop... I read my public notice to the guy and stated after, If I see a cop in uniform and they harass me there is going to be a fight. Due to the nature of my contract I had autonomy. I woke up in Serenity one morning to see a paddy wagon outside the office with a cop inside. I did not engage. They went away ( they were there to talk to their buddy...). The next time I saw a cop in uniform was in the guy who contracted me, place of business, I walked around a corner and the is the best friend in uniform who sees me and immediately cowers and glances away ... refusing eye contact after that. It's all so fucking surreal. I am not afraid anymore.

So what the fuck. How can I help? If at a lll.

Standing is when someone has an interest in a case.

You by liening the case file claims ALL INTEREST.

therefor if the lien is perfected you hold all interest

Hence why the phrase "WHAT STNADING DO YOU HAVE" have a new meaning :)

Andrew got a nasty threat in the mail from the AG of Ontario when we liened his family court file over a year ago. They didn't like that very much. There are 100 things I would add to it now that would really fuck things up. Glad to see people finally giving this a try. Now, anyone know what to do with the PPR filing?
