{Marc Boyer 's} father was an accountant before & after WW2, and he knew the dark implications of getting a Birth Certificate. He enlisted as an Officer in the Canadian Army and at the end of the war, he could and did declare himself and his descendants to be not liable for the debt encoured by the war, and in so doing I was not required to get a Birth Certificate. He repeatedly told me to never get one, [if i could avoid it] because I was not a subject of a paper queen and i was not a million dollar baby- i was priceless and apparently unique, so much so that i can say that i'm the last Commonwealth naturally born unfettered freeman left in the world.
