Wait a second!. . .if my particular BC is some sort of EXEMPTION-card. . .would this explain why alot of people have on the back of the SIN-card they have the letters 'NAS,' while mine, have the letters- 'EMP.' . . . . .is this referring to some sort of an EXEMPTION, once again? :/
