I've walked in late on this one...seems to happen regularly lately, but, for Kate Butler's situation, would this be appropriate?
1. Remove any & all presumptions with the NOTICE OF MISTAKE ABOVE 2. Send a certified copy of the 2 Birth Certificates to the CHILDREN'S AID SOCIETY, registered post, so that it can be demonstrated the 'persons' in question are in their custody. 3. File a Habeus Corpus with the police/courts for her missing flesh & blood?
