Scott Duncan TAKE a name, don't use a GIVEN one, because names are NOT GIFTS in law. They are ACCOUNTS. Scott Duncan - Does your advise apply to Beverly's document above? I am reworking this document for my own purposes and am wondering if I should use a TAKEN name to describe me? ie: Affidavit of Bilbo Cormier, for example?

I'm interested in seeing an uploaded version of your Notice of Default - Opportunity to Cure as well Beverly Girl-Brain Braaksmal, to compare against my own notes. While I think I have a handle on it....no man is an island (so to speak). :) I want to move forward with this process myself and would benifit and be greatful for any last minute tips/hints/ideas/"tricks" etc. Thanks.

Bobis Youruncle There is no better way to gain understanding then by doing. <--- I see much of the administrative work that we may do here as learning SURVIVAL SKILLS. While I may, on occasion, consider myself as capable as SURVIVOR MAN, BEAR GRYLLS etc., I don't want to be plopped into the middle of the wilderness, alone with my son, "hoping" and "believing" I know exactly what I am doing. < I think this is a prudent approach. :)

I think Robert, the biggest thing is to write it out to your understanding with your own words. Then it doesn't appear to be copied and to "worry" about how it might read is not worth it. JUST DO IT! The only thing I was concerned with was leaving anything out.

From my understanding, WE all may be better served if we provide a Notice for DISCHARGE as opposed to setoff. I recall Winston Shrout stating he thought DISCHARGE is preferable because the debt is "written off", as opposed to being settled some time in the future. SETOFF retains the debt on the books, indicating it will be dealt with in the FUTURE, while DISCHARGE gets the debt off the books, which serves us all. <-- I hope this isn't a shit stain! :)

^^^^^^^ sounds like I have already being doing that my whole life... If you love what you do... you never have to work a day in you life... Only problem is I was into programming the masses via TV/ Film... where I learned all about the creative process... Unknowingly I was part of the problem... Fuck... so now I still do the same but applying the principles to creating a trust.. However, I am still unsure of the mechanics around generating my own credit through the Trust... Any suggestions? I have been studying but it eludes me.

So then, it is generating revenue from a skill set that others need, by PRIVATE Contract, which gives us value... Skills + need = client... negotiations from there, copy... Outstanding liens, which once filed and then perfected, then can be turned into credits by selling them or using them as collateral to borrow on said promise?

I get that... so we become traders of sorts, commerce is trade, the pragmatic aspects are bogging me down. The currency is which we deal is our choice... It is tough to function everyday without legal tender... Trading partners who are like minded is what one requires... or some bitcoin or just buy hundreds of dollars in stamps and trade those :-P fuck.. practicalities are boggling me.

The trust is a currency exchange, I set the terms of trade... to be paid in a currency that doesn't bind me to their clubhouse... Lately I have been setting up websites and creating hubs for small business to be able to show up in local search results on google... I have driven a bunch of business to the website thru a process.. my problem is people are ignorant to alternative methods of payment, because of practicality.. and the learning curve, just want to pay the way they always have... my rep is not all that great.. I have out go out and get clients my self for now.. the way I like it, cold calls and such... I just feel trapped by legal tender.

Scott Duncan I just spoke with �my� MP�s office. They wanted me to send them something in writing and am about to email his OFFICE as his OFFICE REQUESTED. I�d love your suggestions for questions, and, or, perhaps points to be raised.

The kid I spoke with became obviously nervous after a few questions and suddenly had a meeting after initially confirming he had some time to address �a number of questions�. (Just me having some initial fun.) I'm starting to think a bit more like a cat. I see more and more people willing to act like diseased rodents on my ship.

Of course, the OBVIOUS QUESTION first:

1. What does �THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER� mean?

And then perhaps:

2. Who is the surety for the name on the Birth Certificate? 3. Am I the HOLDER of the Birth Certificate, or the HOLDER IN DUE COURSE? 4. Should I use the Birth Certificate for IDENTIFICATION? 5. ? 6. ?

Perhaps I should get Happyface Sid to send it as a homework assignment? Lol

Again, I�d love your insight as well as anyone else�s good ideas.

I truly was going to say that. Really. (But I decided to send you a new post for consideration along with the appropriate file) My point is perhaps I can document their lies. I anticipate the inquiry being parsed out to the relevant ministries and the responses being filled with either blatant lies, and, or, blatant lies by way of omission. <Could be an interesting grade 5 "civics lesson" for my son. We (my son and I) could then discover their lies together.

For example: a recorded deed to show transfer of title or a criminal judgment are both public records.

Cara, this is with a second document, after the first being a tender for setoff. With NO response after that, send a NOTICE OF DEFAULT, OPPORTUNITY TO CURE with an affidavit as such for the purposes of enforcement of the instrument previously accepted and apparently ignored. If they do not rebut the affidavit and again ignore it, you have a default.

I found a US version of this with some stuff I was researching and just wrote my own. I don't know what it is SUPPOSED to look like or SUPPOSED to be titled... I don't care. Its the point. Basically going through everything you now understand about remittances, negotiable instruments and the fact that the bank is operating in bankruptcy and provides only the service of EXCHANGE... Where is their claim coming from? They are PULLING IT OUT OF THEIR ASS... prove your claim I owe you ANYTHING but a swift kick...

Oh it makes perfect sense, it is just that for me so far it has been about the creation of Notices and such... I find it fascinating what we can create. To identify a document as a affidavit and include the info on is just something I did before I landed here, so it is clicking.. is all. Different methodology with some cool results. There is no one to rebut so why not?

The way I understand it, if you are going to challenge a claim... then to keep it out of a court situation (where you don't belong), it needs to be fully administrated to a default. If an affidavit is truth until rebutted, then is not rebutted... it is done.

The way I am starting to see it, it's not merely as simple as "the PERSON" in our wallet, as Pete says. The BC is a SECURITY INTEREST (as Scott said) and nothing more. I also recall Scott saying that each new account is a NEW PERSON. I get from that, it is an oversimplification, perhaps even simplified to the point of error, or to a point approaching error; to say we have a PERSON in our wallet. We have a SECURITY INTEREST in our wallet. We (and others) can create a NEW PERSON (ACCOUNT) when we/they wish to use the name on the SECURITY INSTRUMENT. There may, in fact, be tens of thousands of PERSONS (not just a single person in our wallet) existing in an equal number of ACCOUNTS, many of which are not likely to be anywhere near our wallet. Following this logic, we might be very well served not to think of all this ACCOUNTING, and all these ACCOUNTS as only addressing "the PERSON in my wallet", when each account is in fact a NEW PERSON. :) What do you think of this Scott Duncan?
